Flowers which make good wines include dandelion and locust blossom.

There are many choices out there for the home wine maker as to ingredients used to make the wine. You can use fresh fruit, dried fruit or frozen concetrates. Certain flowers, like dandelion, make excellent wine as well. Dandelions can be freshly picked from the lawn, or purchased dried in packages.
